A WALTON equaliser three minutes from time denied the Peacocks victory at a chilly Elmbridge Sports Hub.
The late arrival of the visitors due to a motorway accident delayed the start.
And when the game got underway it developed into a scrappy affair.
Joe Guest fired over for Taunton, while Jerry Wiltshire got on the end of Tom Bird’s free kick for Casuals, but failed to beat keeper Will Buse.
Taunton grabbed the lead after 36 minutes when Zac Smith’s break into the box saw the ball find Joe Budd.
