JAKE McCarthy’s late, late strike saw Havant & Waterlooville come from behind to snatch all three points at Eastbourne Borough.
It was the Sports who started the better with Will Mannion doing well to deny Greg Luer from a tight angle before Joe Oastler’s last ditch challenge thwarted Charley Kendall.
Kendall then almost found Joel Rollinson but his cross was just behind the winger before Havant, who grew into the game, went close themselves.
