■ WINCHESTER Cityshocked their promotion rivals with a convincing win.
The game started at a breakneck pace, with Totton keeper Lewis Noice denying the hosts, before Frederick Read’s effort hit a post and Adeoye Olumuyiwa followed up to score in the tenth minute.
City hit back instantly, with Warren Bentley slotting in to level the scores.
The Citizens pushed for more, and a set-piece routine gave Robert Flooks the opportunity to convert from close range for a 2-1 lead.
