IT’S A REDS NO-GO

BECKENHAM Town look set to be sanctioned by the Combined Counties League for refusing to play their Premier South fixture at Jersey Bulls yesterday, because of the restrictions enforced by the island authorities on visitors having to take Covid-19 tests.
Under current regulations, all visitors to Jersey must either be fully vaccinated, have recently recovered from Covid or have proof of a negative pre-travel PCR test within 72 hours of their arrival.
