WESTERN Premier Division basement side Bridport are hunting a new manager following the resignation of Rob Marquis after just seven months at the helm.
His departure followed a board meeting in the wake of their 12-1 home defeat by Millbrook, Bridport’s biggest defeat in 30 years.
Under Marquis, the Bees won only one out of 26 games –a 2-1 victory over second-from-bottom Ashton & Backwell – their only three points of the season.
