BISHOP’S Stortford emphatically completed their first league double of the season, at the expense of hapless Brightlingsea.
Ryan Charles began the rout on 20 minutes with a powerful volley from inside the box, from Jonny Giles’ half-cleared freekick.
Darren Foxley made it 2-0, 13 minutes later, cutting in from the right flank and bending the ball into the top corner, past fullstretch Rs keeper Charlie Turner.
