MET Police were deserved victors against out-of-form Salisbury.
Both sides started the game rather tentatively.
Salisbury loanee debutant Lewys Twamley split the Mets defence with a superb pass that left Antonio Diaz free to lash the ball between the legs of the keeper Liam Beach to make it 1-0.
Met Police skipper Oli Robinson drew his team level after 19 minutes. The rest of the first half was evenly balanced with neither side having any clear cut chances to score.
