RYAN HAS NEW ROLE AT BUCKS

FORMER Newcastle United and Wigan Athletic full-back Ryan Taylor has been brought in to try and resurrect Buxton’s faltering title bid in the NPL Premier division.
The 37-year-old joined the injury-hit Bucks earlier this week from NPL West Division side Colne and made his debut in the 2-1 defeat at Scarborough Athletic on Tuesday night – the Bucks’ fourth straight defeat.
Taylor started his career at Tranmere Rovers before joining Wigan for £750,000 and four years later moved on to St James’ Park.
