Clayton denies leaders a victory

YORK City equalised late on to grab a point against league leaders Gateshead at the LNER Community Stadium.
Gateshead had the better chances early on, with top scorer and former York man Macaulay Langstaff volleying an effort wide from an acute angle just minutes in.
York goalkeeper Pete Jameson then produced two great saves, first denying Owen Bailey as the midfielder raced through on the right of the box and then pushing away a curling Adam Campbell free-kick on 40 minutes.
