■ TTON proved too good for Mangotsfield.
On a very blustery afternoon, both sides struggled to find fluency as they battled the conditions.
Totton took the lead after 15 minutes as Ethan Taylor rounded the keeper to slot home. Shaquille Gwengwe doubled the hosts’ lead shortly after, using his shoulder to steer home Taylor’s free kick.
To their credit, Mangotsfield applied more pressure in the second period without truly testing home goalkeeper Lewis Noice.
And Totton put the result beyond reach late on as substitute Hisham Kasimu calml...
