IN a low-key affair, Bideford took the points thanks to two goals from Matt Buchan, who took full advantage of hesitant defending in the Paulton defence.
Paulton scored first though in the 15th minute, when Jack Ball benefited from a misplaced Bideford free-kick, ran on and placed the ball into the net to give Paulton the lead.
Bideford replied after 21 minutes as Buchan ran on to Kai Fisher’s strong forward header and beat Sainsbury to the ball and equalised.
