■ BERKHAMSTED scored a goal in each half to stay second in the table as Leigh Bedwell kept the score down for the visitors with a series of fine saves, denying his fellow England C international Jonathan Lacey.
Lewis Toomey headed wide for Berko and at the other end the home side had to clear off their own line as Didcot pressed.
In first half injury time, Lacey put the home side ahead, finishing well after Josh Chamberlain crossed from the right.
