MACAULAY Langstaff took his goal tally for the season up to 21 with a brace to help Gateshead defeat Gloucester to remain at the top of the table.
The visitors came close to opening the scoring within the first minute when Langstaff found himself one on one with Jake Cole, however he could only place an effort agonisingly wide.
He made up for it just moments later though when a near identical pass was played forward and the former York City man rounded the keeper before putting Gateshead in front.
