WORTHING continued their relentless march to their long-awaited league title with an efficient and clinical performance which comfortably saw off the Scholars.
The Rebels recovered well from their convincing midweek defeat at closest rivals Bishop’s Stortford and had victory all but sealed by half-time.
The teams battled evenly against the blustery conditions until the 22nd minute when Marvin Armstrong broke through the Bar backline to give the visitors the lead.
