■NATHAN Koranteng’s speculative strike sparked  a Waltham Abbey goal blitz.
The much-travelled striker tried his luck from distance on the half-hour and was rewarded when it took a deflection to wrong-foot home goalkeeper Harry Way.
Breakthrough achieved, Abbey proceeded to seal the points with two more goals late in the first half. First, Adu Gyfami found himself in the clear from a long ball and kept his cool to slot his shot beyond the onrushing Way.
