STAVELEY Miners Welfare chairman and owner Terry Damms has asked The FA to relegate the mid-table Northern Counties East Premier club at the end of the season.
Damms said that he wants to cut the wage bill by playing at a lower step so that the Inkersall Road club can be developed with the building of new facilities, while leaving it debt-free within five years.
