■STAMFORD continued their excellent run at stayed in touch which leaders Ilkeston by beating Loughborough Dynamo.
They took the lead after just five minutes when Harry Vince coolly scored a penalty.
Despite that goal, the first half was actually quite tight with few decent chances for either of the sides. However, the second half was quite different with chances for both teams.
