LUCIAS Vine smashed a superb hat-trick to ensure Hartley Wintney will be playing Premier Division football again next season.
Visitors Truro went ahead on six minutes with their first attack of the match. Rocky Neal went down after a challenge from Matt Drage and Neal netted from the spot.
The White Tigers also added a second minutes later when Matt Burgess crossed for Alex Battle but his effort saved by Luke Williams in the Row goal.
