BOROUGH were good value for the three points as they dominated for long spells of the game while Yate’s poor home form continued to show many of its recent frailties.
Borough took a deserved lead right on half-time when another penetrating attack ended with a cross that was headed in by Harvey Rew on the near post.
Yate’s leveller was a scrambled affair on 66 minutes, Ollie Mehew forcing the ball in after rounding Boro keeper Flynn Talley.
