■ A WIND-affected game lit up by two magnificent goals ended with the spoils shared by Trafford and Newcastle Town.
Visiting skipper James Askey volleyed over in the opening minute before Trafford’s Ollie Ford and Matty Barlow went close as the hosts dominated.
Town went ahead slightly against the run of play in the 38th minute with a great 25-yard drive into the far corner by Jack Van der Laan.
