TOM Richards’ cute finish saw Bath City recover from 3-1 down to draw in a pulsating clash.
The Romans made the perfect start on 75 seconds when Alex Fletcher latched on to a Cody Cooke through ball to slot low past Ben Dudzinski.
Play-off bound Oxford recovered with Jacob Bancroft hitting the bar, before a deserved leveller when Joe Iaciofano stretched to divert home from ten yards after a few ricochets, his fifth goal in five games.
