AN exciting start to the new Campaign at the impact Arena, with well fancied Chester storming out of the traps, before a Tom Denton double gave Alfreton a deserved point
The visitors wasted no time taking the lead through Kurt Willoughby’s header, and wasted even less when five minutes later Joe Lynch volleyed into the top corner to double the advantage.
But Dayle Southwell had the first chance with a palm stinger pushed behind by Harry Tyrer, and Conor Branson was unlucky not to equalise before Chester countered to score the second....
