DEAN Thexton hit a brace to help Shildon thump six past Bridlington Town to pick up their first league win of the season.
Thexton scored either side of the break on a fruitful day for the Railwaymen and their 302 fans.
Wilson Kneeshaw set Shildon on their way in the 24th minute and Thexton got his first goal of the game eight minutes later.
