CHELMSFORD CITY eventually got past a stubborn Cheshunt outfit.
City started the game brightly and could have scored when Tom Blackwell had a presentable opportunity from Jazzi Barnum-Bobb’s cutback but he could not get a clean strike on goal.
Blackwell was also denied a penalty when Raul DaSilva ran into the back of him but the referee waved play on.
