■TROY Walters’ goal late in the first-half was enough for Westfield to defeat Guernsey on their travels.
Guernsey, 18th, held their own for the majority of the game against sixth-placed Westfield, and can have no shame in the narrow defeat.
The hosts did well in both boxes for most of the firsthalf, even having moments of their own. But, on the 45 minute-mark, they would’ve been kicking themselves having conceded from the spot. Walters converted after Jacob Fallaize’s challenge led to the referee pointing for a penalty.
