DESPITE the home side dominating the first 15 minutes, it was Bideford who opened the scoring with the ball ricocheting off Swans defender Ben Prictor for an own goal. Lewis Brooks then doubled the visitors’ lead walking through the Slimbridge defence and slotting past Lewis Adams.
Marley Thomas pulled a goal back before half-time from the penalty spot, but the hosts were reduced to 10 men when Myron Turner harshly received a second yellow after the break. Bideford extended their lead with 15 minutes left, Craig Duff-Dick converting a penalty. The ...
