A STRONG second-half performance gave Exmouth a deserved victory.
Both sides were indebted to their goalkeepers for the game being goalless at the break. First Conor Thomson saved well from a Levi Landricombe free-kick before Chris Wright did well to save a 30-yard drive from Sam Hendy.
Harry Walford tested Thomson with a rising shot before Ben Steer broke the deadlock with 54 minutes played. Racing clear, his initial effort was well saved but he reacted quickest to chip the loose ball home. As Exmouth increased the press...
