■ CITY of Liverpool ran out winners in this big six pointer.
The visitors led by three goals at half-time, taking the lead after three minutes courtesy of a Jack Hazlehurst free-kick. Danny Mitchley doubled the lead after 16 minutes when he was left unmarked, scoring with a free header, and John McGrath scored a minute later.
The second half started in a similar vein but the visitors were lucky to have ten men on the pitch when a very lucky Jack Hont was only cautioned tor a horror tackle on Skem sub Abdul Djalo.
