New boss Gwinnett starts Beavers spell with a draw

NEW Hampton boss Mel Gwinnett gained a valuable away point in a hard-fought draw against promotion hopefuls Havant.
James Roberts rode an early tackle and cut inside to fire over the top from the edge of the area. At the other end, Sam Deadfield should have done better for the Beavers after a long ball sent him clear and he fired weakly at Hawks’ debutant keeper Teddy Sharman-Lowe.
