A GAME of two halves was decided by a catastrophic early mistake in the Ware defence.
Ware keeper Fred Burbidge’s short clearance played Rimmel Daniel into trouble and he was robbed by Joshua Hedges who had an easy task to shoot home.
Didcot grew in strength through the rest of the half and might have increased their lead but for an offside flag.
Ware struggled to get a hold of the game at this time and were grateful for the half-time whistle.
