Spoils shared in drab fixture

PLAYOFF hopefuls Radcliffe were held to a goalless draw away at mid-table Whitby Town, during a match of few chances.
Whitby started brighter of the two sides, threatening when right-back Priestley Griffiths volleyed wide on 11 minutes.
Down the other end, midfielder Jude Oyibo turned well in the Town box but fired straight into Shane Bland’s gloves.
Whitby’s brightest spell came after 37 minutes.
Tall frontman Connor Simpson timed his run perfectly but could only clip wide when well positioned to execute better.
