PRESCOT were left cursing their luck in not taking all three points after being two goals behind and finding Clitheroe keeper Chris Thompson in superb form.
The first half was comfortably in favour of the home side, although Prescot set out to attack.
On 18 minutes, a great cross from debutant John McGrath was headed home by defender Cameron Lancaster from close range. Four minutes later, Reece Webb-Foster dinked it over the keeper, but the second half saw wave after wave of Prescot attacks with Thompson defiant.
