A SECOND-HALF thunderbolt from Dominic Poleon saw league leaders Ebbsfleet to a hard-fought lunchtime victory at Slough in front of the BT Sport cameras.
The decisive moment came midway through the second half as Poleon struck a rasping drive from the edge of the box, which was too hot for Rebels keeper Will Dennis.
Slough responded well and almost levelled after a teasing Matt Lench free-kick evaded everyone but was tipped around the post by Mark Cousins.
