Kidderminster Harriers secured their fifth consecutive league win to keep pace in the playoffs race as they dealt Southport their seventh straight defeat.
The game got off to an ideal start for Harriers as Ashley Hemmings curled shot from the edge of the box clattered off the foot of the post before settling into Tony McMillan’s net giving the visitors the lead in just 21 seconds.
