HAVANT & Waterlooville ended a disappointing campaign on a new low with a crushing home defeat at the hands of Welling.
The home side started the day with a very slim chance of reaching the play-offs but never looked like making a fight of it.
Welling dealt the Hawks a serious blow by taking the lead after only two minutes, Christie Pattisson passed to Codi Lyons-Foster on the edge of the area and the latter curled a superb shot into the bottom far corner of the net.
