Altintop breaks Town resistance

BARIS ALTINTOP’S second-half equaliser denied Slough the three points in a 1-1 draw at Arbour Park.
Braintree nearly opened the scoring on three minutes, with Lamar Reynolds finding himself unmarked on the edge of the Slough box, but Will Dennis got down to comfortably save the effort.
George Alexander opened the scoring for Slough on nine minutes, after the ball came to Alexander on the edge of the area, the striker hitting the ball on the half-volley and it looped over Billy Johnson and into the net.
