Jamie Vermiglio swaps dug-out for Chorley boardroom

ONE year on from his emotional departure, Jamie Vermiglio is back leading from the front at Chorley – only this time from the boardroom.
Vermiglio, who guided the Magpies to the National League for the very first time in their history in his four years as manager, has agreed to return to Victory Park to become the club’s chairman under the regime of new owner Prince Yemoh.
It’s a brand new role for the fans’ favourite, but the 41-year-old is relishing the challenge in front of him.
