Moors ruin Jones’ start as manager

NEW Banbury manager Mark Jones got off to a losing start as a Glen Taylor double handed Spennymoor Town an away win. Danny Greenfield scored the visitors’ other goal.
Taylor had the ball in the net early on for Town, but was ruled offside.
Banbury came close after 12 minutes when Ken Charles’ shot was saved by Montgomery and Town won a corner and Greenfield’s shot went wide. Taylor then had another opportunity but shot wide.
