Tale of two skippers as Whites fight

BOTH skippers scored as Dover responded to their first defeat this season with a home draw against Braintree.
Kyran Clements gave the visitors the lead early on but Whites captain James Dunne converted a penalty to earn his side a share of the spoils before a goalless second period.
Angelo Harrop’s side went close inside the opening minute at Crabble, Tom Blackwell hitting the post, but his sixth-minute corner was hooked past Whites’ on-loan Bournemouth goalkeeper Billy Terrell by Clements.
