Beavers strike late to see off Southall

SOUTHALL’S run came to an end in a match where they more than matched Hampton, a team two tiers above them in National League South.
The tie was decided by a 90th-minute goal by the Beavers through Sam Deadfield in a thrilling contest at the Robert Parker Stadium played in front of 242 spectators.
The visitors had taken the lead after 12 minutes through Ben Seymour but Southall never gave up and scored a deserved equaliser through Anthony O’Connor in the 79th minute.
