ADAM MURRAY admits AFC Fylde just couldn’t get going this season after he was axed just six months after guiding the Coasters to promotion.
The former Mansfield Town boss took over last November and guided the club to the National League North title.
But it’s been a tough return to Non-League’s top flight for the Lancashire outfit, with just two wins in their first 15 games, a record that leaves them bottom of the table ahead of yesterday’s FA Cup visit from Leek Town.
