Half-time draws often a mystery

COULD Non-Lague football clubs ensure they announce winning numbers of half-time draws.
Three times this season I have bought tickets to support clubs but have ended up at home unaware if I’ve won or not! The latest occasion I called at the bar to ask to which the reply was “sorry all the prizes have been claimed”.
Is it not possible for club to use the tannoy to announce the numbers?
