LONG-SERVING Paul Holleran says the relentless new challenges he has faced at Leamington have acted as motivation in his 13th season as Brakes boss.
Holleran has experienced mixed emotions since taking over the New Windmill hotseat in November 2011 with a second relegation, to go with two promotions, coming in May, thus ending six years playing at Step 2.
