YATE Town secured an emphatic win over top-six side Bemerton.
The hosts scored after just seven minutes when Finley Bell and Calum English-Brown combined, and after a goalmouth scramble, Nick McCootie forced the ball home. They extended their lead with the goal of the game – English-Brown cutting in from the right and firing into the top corner from the edge of the area. Yate continued their domination into the second half and a flowing move ended with Jenkins extending the lead after 51 minutes.
