MOVE: Danny Waldron

SOUTHEND UNITED have landed a genuine hot-shot in Danny Waldron, according to Rushall Olympic boss Liam McDonald.
The 27-year-old striker has joined the National League Shrimpers on an 18-month deal for an undisclosed fee.
Waldron, joint top scorer in the National League North, has hit 16 goals for the Pics this season having joined in the summer from Alvechurch, where he was a key part of last season’s FA Cup run to the second round including two goals against Cheltenham Town.
