A POOR game saw Welling grab three welcome points against a Hemel side who had pushed themselves into playoff contention.
The first half saw just one real opportunity created by either side and that was when Antony Papadopoulos managed to break into some space just inside the box, his powerful drive was tipped over the bar by Craig King.
