FARNBOROUGH were thankful to a winner from Hady Ghandour two minutes from time against Truro City.
The hosts opened the scoring following a bout of pressure thanks to Aaron Kuhl’s 26th minute penalty. James Hamon, having pulled off a brace of fine saves for Truro and defended three corners in a row, had no answer despite diving the right way for the penalty.
On 38 minutes Farnborough’s failure to clear a corner resulted in the ball bouncing to Ed Palmer, who slammed home on the half-volley to see the game level at half-time....
