CHELMSFORD CITY stretched their unbeaten league run to six matches with a feisty victory over Aveley in an Essex derby.
It was a stalemate early on with barely a chance for the first 40 minutes, but the game sparked when Aveley’s Ipswich loanee Ryan Carr was shown a second booking for delaying the restart.
