CLITHEROE were comprehensively swept aside by promotion rivals Witton Albion.
Debutant Clitheroe keeper Shea Callister had an early finger-tip save as he foiled a marauding striker who had beaten the offside trap, but, from the resultant corner, there was no home challenge as the ball dropped into the sixyard area for Tom Pope to force it home.
