HASTINGS remain on the cusp of the play-off places after a five-star show against relegation-threatened Haringey Borough.
The visitors were in front in the 16th minute as winger Jordy Mongoy evaded the home backline with ease to run on and coolly slot past onrushing goalkeeper Dillon Barnes.
United led 1-0 at the break and had to wait until the 59th minute to get their crucial second goal of the game.
